ByKristina Todini, RDN

Equipment

  • 1 high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds optional
  • 1 single medjool date pitted, optional

Instructions

  • Add ingredient to blender: Add frozen peaches, frozen banana, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, protein powder, chia seeds, and the pitted date (if using) to a blender.
1 cup frozen peaches, 1 cup frozen banana, ½ cup plant-based milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 scoop protein powder, 2 teaspoons chia seeds, 1 single medjool date
  • Blend: Blend smoothie ingredients until smooth, about 20 seconds on a high speed blender.

Notes

How to meal prep: I do not recommend blending this smoothie ahead of time as the texture will not hold up, even when frozen. However, you can create small individual smoothie ingredient packs with the frozen peaches, frozen banana, chia seeds, and date to throw into the blender when you’re ready to make (do not add liquid ingredients like milk and vanilla).
