Mix trail mix ingredients: Add ½ cup dark chocolate, ½ cup dried cranberries, 1 cup mini pretzels, ½ cup pumpkin seeds, and ½ cup sunflower seeds to a large bowl or container. Shake the container or mix with a spoon to combine.
Store and serve: Store in a large container or portion out trail mix into smaller one-portion containers (about 1/2 cup per serving) to grab and go when needed.
